1.Do you combine postage?
Yes! We always strive to provide the most cost effective postage rates that is why we offer a $4.90 flat rate postage Australia wide!
2. How can I make payment?
Little Bella Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Bankcard or Paypal. Payments made through our website are both safe and secure.
3. Can you track my order?
We send ALL items by regular mail via Australia Post. We cannot track your item unless you add REGISTERED MAIL to your order. You can do so by choosing Registered Mail on the side menu and adding it to your checkout. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items lost by Australia Post when we offer the option of registered mail.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Little Bella Designs ships internationally. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs internationally. In the checkout please select your destination.
5. After purchasing, how long until my order will be posted?
All items are posted with 3-7 days after receiving cleared payment as all stock is made to order. In peak times such as Christmas, Easter, Market Nights this timeframe may be extended. If you would like to have your order sent my express post please select this option on the side menu and add to your shopping cart.
6. Refund and exchanges?
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you simply change your mind. If you feel that your product is faulty please contact Little Bella Designs within 7 days to discuss. Little Bella Designs is renowned for excellence in customer service. Should you have any queries or concerns, please be sure to contact us immediately. Replacements will only be given in the unlikely event that an item is received faulty. In this case we request the item be sent back to us. Once received we will remake the items and send it back out to you free of charge.
7. Is all stock available?
Little Bella Designs strives to have all stock available using inventory control. However, at times there may be stock shown that is no longer available. If a product you have ordered is no longer available at the time of your order we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a choice of refund or exchange, or if the item is going to be restocked Little Bella Designs will notify you.
